At Bookenp, we believe every customer should shop with confidence. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order and outlines your statutory rights if you are purchasing within the European Union.

Cancelling Your Order

If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost until they have entered the shipping or fulfillment process. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to return the goods under your legal right of withdrawal if applicable.

Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform Bookenp of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. Any clear written communication is sufficient.

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you should return the products within 14 days.

Returned items should:

• Be complete and in their original condition.

• Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.

• Not show excessive use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical retail store.

If the product has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our mistake or from a defective or incorrect product, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as the returned parcel remains your responsibility until it is received by us.

Refund Processing

After receiving your returned goods, or acceptable proof that they have been shipped back, we will process your refund without unnecessary delay.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been agreed upon.

Where required by law, refunds will be completed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, although reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods or proof of shipment has been received.

Non-Cancellable Items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including where legally permitted:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Goods produced according to customer specifications.

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

• Other products excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number.

• A brief explanation of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the product and any damage.

We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal consumer rights.
