Refund & Returns

At Bookenp, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the conditions outlined below and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the item:

  • Has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Is returned in its original packaging.

  • Includes all original labels, accessories, manuals, and other supplied components.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Has been approved for return by our customer support team before shipment.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns received without prior authorization may not be processed.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address if your request is eligible.

Please do not ship products back until you have received our return confirmation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item you purchased, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Once reviewed, we may, where appropriate:

  • Send a replacement product;

  • Issue a full refund;

  • Offer a partial refund; or

  • Provide store credit where suitable.

Non-Returnable Products

Except where required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;

  • Goods manufactured according to customer specifications;

  • Products showing signs of misuse, wear, alteration, or damage after delivery;

  • Items returned without their original packaging where this substantially affects resale value;

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Product Exchanges

Bookenp does not currently provide direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately through our website.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. Returned goods must be sent back within the timeframe required under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items.

Bookenp will cover return shipping costs only when:

  • The wrong product was delivered;

  • The item arrived damaged during transport; or

  • The product is confirmed to be defective.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost before they reach us.

Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Financial institutions or payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

  • Most approved refunds are completed within 10 business days after approval.

Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after receiving our confirmation, we recommend that you:

  1. Check with your bank.

  2. Contact your payment provider or credit card issuer.

  3. Reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they enter the fulfillment or shipping process.

Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after the order has been delivered, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
